Speech’s English Translation of the Nainawa Province Media Spokesman “may Allah preserve him”
Under the title of:
“Help from Allah and Imminent Victory“
In the name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful
All praise and thanks are due to Allah, the One Who exalts Islam and Muslims, degrades the infidels and apostates, manages and regulates every affair wisely, gradually seizes the infidels with punishment, gives the good days and not so good to men by turns out of His justness and grants the blessed end to the pious by His grace.
And peace and blessings of Allah be upon our Prophet, whom Allah exalted Islam by his sword
Allah says in the Holy Quran : { Those (i.e. believers) unto whom the people (hypocrites) said, “Verily, the people (pagans) have gathered against you (a great army), therefore, fear them.” But it (only) increased them in Faith, and they said: “Allâh (Alone) is Sufficient for us, and He is the Best Disposer of affairs (for us). So they returned with Grace and Bounty from Allâh. No harm touched them; and they followed the good Pleasure of Allâh. And Allâh is the Owner of Great Bounty.}(3:173-174).
He also says: { And when the believers saw Al-Ahzâb (the Confederates), they said: “This is what Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad (peace be upon him)) had promised us; and Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad (peace be upon him)) had spoken the truth. And it only added to their faith and to their submissiveness (to Allâh).}(23:33).
Verily, Allah has blessed us with the Jihad in His cause, such blessing which we still enjoy and are proud of. So, infidels and apostates from all sides are expected to band together to fight the steadfast long-suffering Mujahideen, because this is what Allah and His Messenger have promised us.
The occupiers and their puppets are never pleased that Muslims are ruled by Allah’s law, because if this law is implemented all over the world for only one day, none of the infidels will survive. That is why the infidels and apostates and their troops and allies have gathered to fight the soldiers of the Islamic State of Iraq, which has taken on the responsibility of fighting Allah’s enemies wherever they are.
But we are today bringing glad tidings to the Muslim nation that the soldiers of the Islamic State are well prepared to face the crusaders and their allies of the apostates, and since the first day of the so-called ” Operation of Lion’s Roar “, we have taken the field and started attacking the apostates from the police and army.
On Saturday 10th March, 2008, our heroes targeted the so-called “Minister of the Interior”, the Irani “Jawad” in Al-Ghabat region while passing by, the heroes of the Islamic State attacked him but he fled.
Also, the Mujahideen attacked the apostates’ patrols in “Al-Shifa’a” ,”Al-Yarmouk” and “Al-Mousel Al-Jadeedah” quarters, and elsewhere. Moreover, a number of roadside bombs were detonated at them in “Al-Quds” and “Al-Masarif” quarters, and in “Karag Al-Shamal” region. In “Tal Al-Romman” region, a roadside bomb was detonated at them to kill five elements and wound four others-according to what they said-. Following that, “Bader” corps’ elements broke into the residents’ houses and killed some civilians, one of them was a Masjid’s Imam.
Furthermore, our soldiers targeted “Al-Maliki”, the agent, by launching a “Katyusha” rocket while having a meeting with the “Province Council” members. And the operations are unceasing – Allah willing – as long as we are still alive.
These facts were not admitted by the enemy; on the contrary they claimed that no one shot had been fired at them! And after the apostates had failed on the first days of their plan, Al-Maliki and his supporters tried – unsuccessfully- to play cards by renaming the campaign, calling for the reconstruction of Al-Mousel and giving a pardon for the armed groups in case they handed over their arms.
But we – in the Islamic State of Iraq- have never refused the reconstruction of Al-Mousel, and we won’t if it’s done by sincere and honest building contractors. At the same time, we won’t allow the agents of “Masoud” and “Jalal” to waste the Muslims’ money. In spite of this, what kind of reconstruction and building are you talking about and you are the ones who violated people’s honors and properties and worked as bandits?! You even violated the sanctity of the Masaajid!
Regarding the pardon for the armed men, we say to “Al-Maliki” and his men that the soldiers of the Islamic State of Iraq are not similar to the dishonorable “All-Dajjal” army soldiers who handed over their arms to the crusaders for few dollars.
The soldiers of the Islamic State as well as their brothers of that mujahid sincere Group have a strong and fixed belief orders them to fight the infidels invading the Muslims’ lands and their allies as well. It also requires that Allah’s law should be put into practice among people; Allah says : { And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism, i.e. worshipping others besides Allâh) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allâh Alone (in the whole of the world).} (39:8) So this belief orders us to kill whoever tries to fight Islam and Muslims, and when we implement Allah’s law on any infidel or apostate, we consider that as a matter of obedience to Allah.
Likewise, the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) used to race to kill the leaders of the infidels and apostates, and the books of the Islamic history are rich in such stories. Thus, we are not of that kind who accept a pardon granted by apostates, on the contrary, we offered them to repent and ask for Allah’s forgiveness, and we offer you that again now, and if you refuse this offer, we will never lay down our arms until we annihilate you, or we die. And we dare you if you could show us only one Mujahid handed his weapon to you.
And know O you Maliki that we are fighting for the word of Allah to be the highest, to support His religion and to drive away His enemies, our fighting came out of creed and faith. Sacrificing ourselves for the sake of Allah is easier for us several times than responding to your call. For us you are villainous and lowly, so go away O dirt cheap enemy of Allah, may Allah pour on you His wrath.
If really you are a general chief of the armed apostate troops, why don’t you step into one of al-Mousel streets? Instead of staying in your fortified castle under the protection of your crusader masters and your mad dogs during the period of your presence here.
In return, we send you a warning that the Islamic State’s soldiers grant you a delay of few days to leave this blessed city you desecrated its land with your polluted feet, otherwise you will see what they will do to you.
All people knew about your crimes which will never be forgotten during all the history, and the proof is the crime “Liwaa al-Dhi’eb” (wolf brigade) has done before in al-Mousel city. Today you are lying and deceiving people by your claims of reconstruction and spreading security; where is the security you have brought to this city in which you arrested since the first week, many sons of al-Mousel among them a lot of officers in the previous army as well as professors and university students, those who have no sin except that they hate you and dislike your coming to their city. As we will never forget the crimes of your crusader masters against the humanity plucked out from their heart despite their claims of being its defenders.
Here, we would like to thank our people from the pure tribes and their Sheikhs who stood up for their folks and sons (the Mujahideen), and asked Allah in their supplications to make the Mujahideen firm and to preserve them from the spite of the traitor Rafeda(Shiites).
O dear honorable people, we are watching the events very well and we know well the details of the conspiracy and this oppressive campaign, but we still out of the real confrontation till this time, because we are the ones who control the situation and we will choose the suitable time to reply according to the battle’s circumstances.
And we bring glad tidings to you that we are in our full power and we didn’t lose any soldier whether by killing or arrest, the status is totally different from what was diffused by the Taghut’s mass media claiming that more than 1,004 armed men were arrested among them an officer and Emirs. They claimed also that they captured the Emir of the Islamic State of Iraq in Nainawa province. All this is nothing but fabricated lies and falsification of facts; our Emirs and soldiers are in the battlefield like lions in their dens waiting for swooping on the crusader pigs and apostate dogs and hypocrite foxes. And we didn’t lose even if one piece of arm contrary to what they claimed of finding stores of arms and explosives.
As for you O members of the Satanic Party falsely named Islamic Party, we prepared for you what will harm you because you are the ones who brought the sons of Mutaa’ –adultery- (Rafeda-Shiites) to our lands and welcomed them, so your act will not pass without punishment, and the reply is what you will see not what you will hear.
Allahu Akbar and Allah has full power and control over His Affairs, but most of humans know not.
